What is a brand asset library?

A 'Brand Asset Library', is a place to store and organize an RIA's key brand assets, such as logos, font styles, color scheme, etc.

Spire creates and maintains an RIA's 'Brand Asset Library' in a digital Help Center, called Zendesk. The Help Center allows both Spire and the RIA to pull a specific brand asset and use accordingly to complete a task that requires branding; hence the use of 'Library'.

The brand assets are organized alphabetically. However, the 'Brand Asset Library' does not represent a comprehensive list of the RIA's brand assets, just the ones that are used by Spire on a consistent basis to perform certain functions for the RIA. The RIA will continue to store their full suite of brand assets however they see fit and are responsible for notifying Spire of any updates to a specific brand asset that is used by Spire to perform various functions for the RIA.
