SaaS provides a variety of services and functions that consistently necessitate using an RIA's specific branding, i.e., Form ADVs, Policies & Procedures, Advisory Agreements, etc. Because different Spire Teams need to use various RIA brand assets for different reasons, the 'Brand Asset Library' creates a bridge between Spire and the RIA where the RIA's brand assets are centralized and stored digitally in one place, the Help Center. The end objective is to create significant efficiencies and consistencies between Spire and the RIA, and not have different Spire Teams asking the RIA for the same brand asset at different times, or not knowing which brand asset is the latest version, or not remembering where the brand asset is stored. The Help Center is accessible to all at any given moment and provides a method to organize and control the brand assets.
