NFS: RMD and life expectancy plans

Overview:

RMD and life expectancy plans on NFS that have periodic plans implemented are utilized with NFS calculating the amount of payout per year. 

Procedure:

**whether your creating a periodic plan or deleting them, they are done through a service request on NFS and their back office will handle the processing. Furthermore, the process starts with our books and records (laserfiche) then after approval submit to NFS. Deleting a periodic doesn't require a spire attestation but setting up one will.
