procedure: Commission Override / Miscellaneous Fee Override

Advisors may increase the commission above the Spire commission schedule with principal approval but may not exceed regulatory guidelines. You may discount or waive the commission. However, the amount of discount below the clearing fee will be charged to the advisor.

Spire may charge a miscellaneous fee to cover postage and handing charges. Advisors may reduce or waive the fee but will be responsible for paying the difference.
