Spire Trade Services is designed for assistance when there are questions, the trading system is not working correctly, or there is an outage or disaster that doesn’t allow for electronic trading. To cover the cost of this increased demand Spire Operations will charge a fee for orders entered by our trade desk on behalf of the advisor or their client or when processing block trade allocations.
The charge will be waived in the event the trading system is not working or there is a local outage. The Fee Schedule is as follows:

Spire’s charges are in addition to any trading and clearing fees charged by the executing broker-dealer. Fees will be billed monthly to your commission statement and posted in SpirePay.
Please note that clients should not be given access to the Trading Desk to call orders in directly. If you are vacationing, and without support staff, we highly recommend contacting another consultant and create a cross coverage system as a back-up for your clients.
