Check/Wire Request for NFS Non-Retirement Accounts

Attached below is the Spire form to complete check/wire requests for NFS non-retirement accounts. There are detailed instructions on the form for when this form is required and also detailed instructions when your transaction will trigger an additional approval from the NFS Margin Department and therefore you must upload this form to a Service Request on Streetscape.

Please note, Spire/NFS still accept informal LOA's signed by the client and the same rules apply for when the LOA is required to complete a transaction. We just want to disclaim we understand the clients sometimes mail you LOA's and rather than obtaining an official form from you. As long as the required information is complete and signed for then Spire will approve the document in Laserfiche.
