Overview

Attachment is IMA Addendum to Schedule A. Use when adding new accounts to an existing IMA that has been executed within the last 5 years (60 months) or to update the suitability or the billing of accounts on an existing IMA.

NOTE: IF IMA IS DATED BEFORE 12/31/2018 A NEW IMA IS REQUIRED
