For all of our “Snowbirds”, Spire Compliance has made an addition to the Account Change Request Form as of February 2, 2018 to include a check box for Seasonal Address Standing Instructions. This will give you the ability to add their Seasonal Address under Mailing Address for the time the client will be spending at this location. As the client transitions from their “Legal Address” to their “Seasonal Address” and updates are made to their account at the custodian this form will assist Compliance with resolving the Address Change Alerts. The Seasonal Address Standing Instructions will be good for a period of three years or until a permanent relocation is made.
